Frogwarts School of Wizardry, GMETC's role-play and creativity camp, is a nonperformance, literature-based camp where the students and the teachers alike work in role as wizards attending a magical boarding school to learn such things as Divination (Creative Writing), Transfiguration (Acting), Potions (Chemistry), Essences & Charms (Crafts) and Defense Against Darkness (Stage Combat). The long-form improvisational drama includes magical characters drawn from fantasy literature, and participation in creation of a magical, creative, courageous and compassionate world. The overwhelming success of the week-long overnight camp has resulted in the creation of shorter, day-long or weekend Frogwarts reunions.
